Vault Cinemas: Terms and Conditions of Entry

Vault Cinemas aims to provide an enjoyable experience for all visitors. Please note that the purchase of a ticket and subsequent access to our cinemas are subject to the following terms. We kindly ask you to read these terms carefully.

Admission

Age Restrictions

In accordance with UK law, we are required to refuse admission to any individual who, in the opinion of the Duty Manager, is below or appears to be below the minimum age required by the relevant British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) rating or local authority restrictions. Proof of age may be required.

Unaccompanied Minors

Unaccompanied children may not be admitted after certain times depending on local licensing conditions.

Right to Refuse Admission

Vault Cinemas reserves the right to refuse entry or require individuals to leave the premises (without providing a refund) in the following situations:

  • If there is a risk to the safety of others.
  • If an individual appears intoxicated or engages in antisocial behaviour.
  • If an individual is smoking on the premises.
  • If recording devices such as cameras or other equipment are brought into the auditoria. We reserve the right to conduct bag checks.

Note: CCTV is in operation for crime prevention and public safety.

Prohibited Recording

It is a criminal offence to record a film for sale, distribution, or public communication in violation of copyright law. Anyone caught making such a recording may be reported to the authorities and prosecuted.

Personal Belongings

Please take care of your belongings while on the premises. Vault Cinemas accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal items, howsoever caused.

Tickets

Ticket Use

A purchased ticket entitles the holder to access the specified performance at the stated time and date.

Resale of Tickets

Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale (whether at a premium or otherwise), nor used for advertising, promotions, or any other trade purposes. Tickets found to be resold or misused will be deemed invalid.

Bulk Purchases

You must not purchase more tickets than required for a specific public screening. If Vault Cinemas reasonably suspects bulk purchases for resale or trade purposes, we reserve the right to cancel those tickets.

Ticket Accuracy and Replacement

Please check your tickets at the time of purchase as we are not obliged to rectify errors after the transaction is complete. Vault Cinemas is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen tickets.

Refunds and Exchanges

Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances, including for no-shows, changes of plan, or booking errors. All sales are final. Please double-check your booking details before confirming your purchase.

Performance Changes

Programme Changes

We will endeavour to adhere to advertised schedules. However, we reserve the right to cancel or change the time of a performance or substitute an alternative film if required due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will, at our discretion, issue a refund or provide tickets for an alternative showing of the same film.

Pricing and Availability

All pricing and availability information is subject to change without prior notice.

General Terms

Mobile Devices

Mobile phones and similar devices must be silenced or switched off during performances.

Animals

Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome. No other animals are permitted on the premises.

Late Arrivals

We reserve the right to delay or refuse admission to latecomers.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Furthermore, these terms do not exclude or limit Vault Cinemas’ liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law. In all other circumstances, our liability is limited to the price of the ticket purchased.
